The F430 is an already stunning machine. To think that Ferrari needed to improve upon it is crazy, but they decided to do it anyway. Enter the Scuderia, a faster, lighter and even better looking version of the already iconic Ferrari. At the time, Ferrari said they wanted to show off racing technology in one of their street cars. Improvements over the regular F430 begin with a revised intake manifold, an exhaust system with more flow, and a higher compression ratio. All of the performance upgrades bring 20 more horsepower than the regular version. It now makes 510hp at a screaming 8500rpm. The changes don't just stop with power. The F1 transmission shifts in less than half of the time of the normal car, now just 60ms. The Scuderia's 15.7" Carbon Ceramic brakes are standard, and are 0.7 of an inch larger than the F430. The Scuderia has different stability, shift speed, shock setup and suspension settings available through the rotary dial on the steering wheel. Thanks to carbon fiber parts, titanium springs and nuts, and a Lexan rear window, the Scuderia is more than 220lbs lighter than the regular car. Thanks to the extra power, improved handling and lower weight, the Scuderia can lap the Ferrari test track as fast as an Enzo. This example, finished in a menacing Nero Daytona on Nero combination is also outfitted with desirable options such as full Alcantara Upholstery, Carbon Fiber Steering wheel with LED's, Radio Navi System with Bluetooth, Carbon Fiber Racing Seats - Size Large, Handy Fire Extinguisher, Driver's Seat Adjustable Device, Rosso Special Stitching, Alcantara Wheel Arch Upholstery and a fully trimmed Boot. This F430 Scuderia has only seen 14,200kms and has thorough service history documentation. All service has been done at Ferrari. The documentation, car cover, books and two keys are included.
